Specialized Sirrus Performance Hybrid

MrsMaritimer picked up this new old stock 2014 Sirrus this spring with the thought that it would make a useful touring platform. So far, it hasn’t really worked out that way and she’s now thinking that for touring ‘steel is real’ and is hoping to move this out of the basement to making room for an actual touring platform.

Make no mistake. This is a new bike. She put about 100km on it this spring and it has been sitting ever since. It would have had an MSRP of around $1300 and she’s looking for $650. If any of y’all are looking for a good commuter bike and are not super tall, you could do worse than having a look at this. Any kids going to college in September? Again, this is a solid ride.

It’s a men’s small. She’s about 5’7", but prefers a smaller frame so the size worked out for her. We can negotiate a set of clipless pedals to sweeten the deal if you want… Here are the specs and a link to the Kijiji post:
