2020 Pic From Every Ride

I saw this on the SMB today, but I’m not sure what it means. My best guess is Functional Threshold Power, Rest Always Train Sporadically

From my Fitz ride this morning:

…and follow up refreshment at Uncle Leo’s.

Fortunately it was foggy and breezy enough to keep us cool.

Never trust the weatherman.

The Truro scene in on FIRE these days. Go hit it, visit some shops, grab some food and the go hit it again.
Terry Tomlin on Instagram: "Didn't really need a reason like Father's Day or the Solstice to get after it but ok. Loaded the boys, bikes, camping gear and a cooler into the Sprinter and hit the highway. The girls didn't seem too disappointed to see us roll out the driveway for the wknd. 😂 Got to Truro and was blown away! Absolutely amped to be able to enjoy all the recent hard work that @yarliels and the @cooke58 Callus Mafia have been building and supporting. So deadly to see ALL the local ride crews out doing the same thing too! What a scene! We hit @railyardvictoriapark, we hit @wentworth_mtb_trails, we hit a killer camping spot with friends and then we went back for more jumps at the Truro Railyard on Sunday just cuz it's just so damn good. . . . #lovewhereyoulive #haflifestylestore #HAF #mtbatlantic #kidsonbikes #jumplines #truro #ns #madeformountainbike #livewideopen #lovetheride #supportlocal @bikemonkey.ca #bikemonkey"

We’ve decided that ramps & bridges in our small back yard are not enough, so I’m spending my mat leave building the boys their own trails on my parents farm. I think we can get 4-5km in total. We’ve only got about 200m that’s rideable so far, but we crushed a few laps yesterday. This section is the “J Train” because The J Man (pictured) worked his little butt off building “rock trains” with me while we marked trail.
