They buy land that was not zoned for development and then sue when the city doesn’t let them develop it.
It’s like thier business plan had a contingency plan or something.

I hear ya @brightwhite, but it seems like either way the city gets screwed, how much of our tax dollars are going to be spent on legal fees…Annapolis group is owned by one of the top 100 richest families in Canada, they wont be too hurt either way.
