Replaced the fork on my bike, i dont remember the rotor being so close to the old fork. Did i do something wrong or is this normal? There isnt any rubbing.
I don’t have the bike with me right now but I think my Rocky Mountain is just as close. I know it is tight to clean in that gap - like only a rag width.
Looks normal to me. Your old fork may have had slightly smaller diameter lowers.
You are probably correct. The caliper still lines up perfect.
I just put a Float 36 on my bike and my rotor is about the same as well. The body of the fork is thicker than my old one by quite a bit. But I haven’t had any clearance issues.
