Sooooo, I was sitting here, thinking ‘Let’s ride Gorge/P2/Bird this long weekend’.

This will be co-hosted by ECMTB/AVMBA as we are awesome, and so is AVMBA.

The ride will be 2-3 hours max and we will hit up a local establishment for some food and bevvies after.

  • Yes, see you there!
  • No, wish I could.
  • No, I’m broken.
  • Maybe, I’ll let you know.

Location change to Gorge/P2/Bird Sanctuary.

Supposed to rain all weekend, hopefully not to much. I’m down for it though!

Checked the forecast and it was calling for showers so yes, hoping that is the case. There is a route around the Gorge etc that dries out pretty good so should be alright.

If not I will definitely post up of course.

Will have to join in next time, I’m on dad duty Sunday.

The weather is looking decent for tomorrow morning! Come join us for a ride.

Might end up at a pub post ride…just saying.

My bike is in the shop for a minor check over, so I’ll head over early and as long as there is nothing unexpected than I’ll be there

Bah, just realized the shop is closed tomorrow!!! Won’t be able to get the bike for tomorrow’s ride… gah that sucks… forgot what day it was. Lol

Hi, I’m fairly new to mountain biking. I live in Kentville so it would be nice to come to this if beginners are welcome.

This would have been my first group ride, but it seems like from all the other stuff I’ve read, as long as your not causing issues and don’t be afraid to walk what you can’t handle, riders of all skills are welcome. If someone else feels otherwise definitely correct me!

I am planning to drive to the Valley from Dartmouth this morning for the ride. It is raining on and off here. How is the weather there?

Foggy and very humid but not actually raining. It wouldn’t stop me from playing outside.
