Finished, well 90% finished another schwinn cruiser turned klunker.
It started out as this:

Then I changed a few things…and it turned into this:
So what I changed included:
longer seatpost/seatpost clamp
saddle
Fork (something less raked out)
Headset
1’ - 1 1/8" adapter
Raceface Stem
Handlebar
and a front brake, what a novel idea.
I still have a couple of things to change, but that’ll will wait until next year me thinks. Fun little project.
