Swagman XTC 2, hitch mount bike rack. Has served me well, but it’s time for an upgrade. Cosmetic nicks and scratches, but works perfectly. Includes 2 padlocks to lock down the ratchet arms. Fits both 1.25” and 2” hitch receivers.
