I’d start looking for a new one.
Odd to see a seat tube crack, but it is in the heat affected zone of the weld which is the most common place for cracks to develop.

Are you the original owner? Perhaps check on Warranty, or crash replacement program?
From what I know, I’m the 3rd owner.
