Good to be sore!

So, rode the BMX to work and back today. Legs feeling it. Specially after Goldsprints on Thursday night at TIBS, and an inpromptu run for the car on Saturday night. Me shins no likey the running. Remembering how good this sore/tired feeling is, though. Had almost a week hiatus from the bike last week due to appointments and whatnot. Here’s to getting back into her.

And, here’s to everybody else out there who took a winter break to getting back in the saddle!
