The Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation will be having its first Ride for Life in my home province (Newfoundland) on July 10, 2016. I will be participating in the 20km ride on my Norco FatRod (2014 Bigfoot, 1x9, Speedster tires, elliptical chainring).
