Hydrate!

We are getting our summer humidity again and a few places have even put out high humidex warnings (Fredericton). When you are exercising, be sure to drink plenty of fluids and use sunscreen! If you can avoid going out between noon and 1ish it would be best.

Haha. I rode Fitzpatrick mountain on Sunday. I thought I was going to take a heart attack by time I hit the top. Brutal.

If you are doing something that requires more than 2 bottles of water, try adding some electrolytes. If you don’t want the sugar you can get Nunn tablets or similar products that you drop into your water and they fizz up.
