Steel Large or XL frame for a project

Possibly interested in starting a project. Looking for a hardtail frame, no more than $200 to spend on the frame and any extra parts to get a start. Anyone have anything that may work?

I have an older XL IronHorse Maverick with modren bars and Stem, it needs a front wheel and a fork and the rest of everything is there plus some other goodies. Was considering making it a gravel bike or a lamp but I’d let it all go for 50 bones.
