FABULOUS FRIENDLY FAT BIKE RIDE DAY, Sunday, Feb. 5th in Mahone Bay
This Sunday join Sweet Ride Cycling and our partners SALSA Cycles, Trailflow Adventures and Old Black Forest Restaurant as we host a special FAT BIKE event with guided rides for all levels at 10am and 1pm. Rentals are available for both time-slots or bring your own fat bike. There will be a guided ride loop to suit everyone from Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced with Prizes and food stops adding to the fun!! Our partners at Old Black Forest Restaurant have created a special menu for the afternoon crowd and we will have options in and around Mahone Bay for coffee and treat stops for the morning groups too.
OLD BLACK FOREST Restaurant - Special Fat Bike Ride MENU:
German fried potatoes with paprika salt and curry ketchup $7
Coleslaw, cabbage, carrot, apple, mustard dressing $6
Bratwurst in a bun with mustard and sauerkraut $10
Schnitzel sandwich with cheese, mustard, mayo, and lettuce. $10
Blackforest cake $6 (hand-held size, don’t worry, we’ll give you a napkin!)
Betty’s at the Kitch’Inn, The Barn Coffee, Saltbox, Eli’s, Mug and Anchor, Riccardo’s Pizza are all open Sundays. Bring the family and plan to spend some time in Mahone Bay before or after the ride.
