Please join us for West Pine trail work on Sunday Dec. 16th, 9:00 to 1:00. We will be taking advantage of the thaw to finish a few tasks - stump removal, drainage, armouring, ladder bridge. Bring water, work gloves, sturdy footwear, and clothes appropriate for the weather. We will bring tools.
We will meet at the corner of Primrose Ave. and Lockwood Ave. in Herring Cove (map) and hike down an informal access trail. You don’t need to attend the entire session! If you arrive late you can follow the informal trail down to the main trail and turn right until you find us. Alternatively, you can hike in from Norawarren trailhead and follow West Pine, past Porcupine Creek, until you find us. If you are not sure where you are going, call 902-237-0372.
