Still is a cruiser class. This is about in the middle, but still under the max size allowed by the UCI for the 20" category. USA rules just require the tire is marked 20", which the rim measures for these.
So, MTB has 26", 29er, and more recently 650B.
Seems BMX is going through it as well. A new 20" “oversize” wheel/tire, that is desighned to squeeze in under the max limit size.
Wasn’t there a 24" BMX wheel in use at one point?
