Sometimes you see things before they even happen. Who knew masks would become a thing
Heading back on a quiet highway from Keppoch, perfectly tired and partially dehydrated from sampling some new trails and reacquainting with familiar ones. Just crested a hill in a downpour when the rain stopped. The sun peeked through the slate grey clouds, highlighting them in silver, as a perfectly green field contrasted with the reddish road. At that moment this song came on the radio. Distracted by the scenery- I Hadnāt really noticed until I realized Iād been bobbing my head to the baseline. Then it was as if the guitar feedback crystallized everything into a perfect moment-something more than the sum of its parts. No mind altering substances other than post mtb endorphins were involved, promise!
Maybe Iām just getting old, but lately Iām preferring Icelandic post-metal

I have been listening to solstafir all morning and loving it!
Absolute classic! So much of the music i ride to and listen to today comes from the New World Disorder and Kranked videos.
Always loved that song and that record. Too bad the band basically fell apart after that record.
Love Khruangbin. Such a diverse and interesting sound.

Single Mothers - "Half-Lit" (Official Video) - YouTube I saw these guys live in Oshawa with Cancer Bats (feat. Wade MacNeil from AOF) and a few other local hardcore bands a couple of summers ago. Crazy show.
Found this band randomly via Spotify a year or so ago. āWinter Coatsā was the song. Nice that you got to see them! I miss live musicā¦
