Windshields have a uv coating so transitions do not work. Fortunately I have a ton of prescription sunglasses kicking around.
I have a set of these with the Smith Rx adapter, and I like them. They’re a full coverage lens and not as form fitting or cool as Oakley’s, but if you have a heavy prescription, they can be a good option.
They’re a reasonable price, you can get them, the adapter and some cheap-ish lenses from your optometrist for ~450.
