Argh, more snow. Let’s ride Shubie, its always funner that you would think.

Where: Shubie Park, meet at Empire Theaters Entrance in Dartmouth Crossing
When: 7pm
Difficulty: Beginner but faster

Shubie is mostly clear. Snowy sections are easy and disappearing fast.

The singletracks are a sloppy mess in a bunch of spots, but they need work anyway. In any case I’m sure you’re not going to ride those and fill them full of ruts like last time it was too wet to ride anywhere else. ECMTB Weekly Ride - 27 Mar 2018

Those short sections of single track are pretty much a mess whether we are there or not. There are a lot of users in the park, @bent6543.

If we halted riding Shubie all together you would not see a change in the trail conditions.

We ride Shubie to explicitly stay off regular trails when they are wet.
