Hey! I am showing a friend some of the trails this week and tonight we are going to Spider Lake. It will be a fairly casual ride. Feel free to join us!

Difficulty: Beginner/Intermediate

Just got back from there, landed a little funny off a jump and pulled something in my lower back. Gonna lay on the ol hardwood for the afternoon, but hope to make it back tonight!
