Provide your 12-15 year old with the skills necessary to safely participate in one of the fastest growing sports in North America. This fall, bring your young rider’s skills to the next level with this 5-week introductory mountain bike skills progressive trail ride series.
This series is designed as an introduction to mountain biking to provide young riders with the skills necessary to safely ride single track trails with control and confidence. From body position to line choice to risk assessment, each week riders will be introduced to a new set of skills they will apply out on the trail.
In addition to riding skills, participants will receive instruction of common trail-side repairs including changing flat tires and repairing broken chains.
