A few years ago I had the opportunity to sit down with Luc Arsenault of the Atlantic Cycling Centre. He is the driving force behind the ACC which is the home to high level coaching and training facilities in the maritimes.
Having lived in Moncton for a few years I can attest to the influence the cycling centre has on the whole cycling community especially the racing scene.
