Had a great ride this evening with a couple of guys from the AVMBA. We rode the Gaspereau Valley and Anima Mundi.
Anima Mundi is a great trail full of twists and turns and some wooden features that will challenge you and put a huge grin on your face.
The AVMBA rides take place every Wednesday evening and with the plethora of trails available in the Valley the rides are always a blast.
Seriously, ride the Valley. If you haven’t, or do it all to seldomly like me, you are missing a GEM.
Keep an eye on our facebook page for a group ride at least once a week. Usually the rides are on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings, but they can be random posts too. It would be great to see some people traveling down from HRM for the rides. The quality amount of singletrack in a small area is really worth the drive.
I will be travelling down there next week on either wednesday or thursday to get some rides in. Which trails are the most fun/flowy?

I’m a big fan of the links AKA Woodville Hiking Trails. However, Gaspereau was a whole lot of fun too.
If you have already given the Gorge a go, I would make tracks for Woodville. All our trails are fun here, so you really can’t go wrong.
We could have the group ride there this coming Wednesday night if a crew wanted to check it out.
