I’ve got a giant trance with shimano deore brakes and they need to be bled. What’s the best bleed kit on the market?
I currently use the Epic Bleed Kits stuff for Shimano and Sram brakes.
But there are lots of kits on Amazon for less than $25 that will get the job done. Or if you’ve got a buddy with a shimano bleed cup all you need is tk get a piece of tube and a disposable syringe and you’re all set.
I’ve had good luck bleeding shimano brakes with the funnel and mineral oil. No kit needed.
If you can’t find someone with a genuine shimano funnel to borrow, I’ve had good luck just using a squirt bottle threaded into the master cylinder and using the gravity method to bleed out any air
Toss them and buy some Hopes.
