Looks like we are at risk of losing some of Bird Sanctuary.
Would be worth checking the property details, like encumbrances, etc. The property is only partly in the sanctuary so it may be that the buyer is restricted in what they can do on that part of the property, like when you buy a historic property, or a property with high power lines overhead, etc… or not I am not a lawyer.
