I would like to nail a manual with ease. My seat gets in the way though, I think.

Great video. I’ve been working on my manual game lately; I find it tough! Practice, practice, practice!
Sometimes I wonder if a smaller frame bike would make it easier. I’m 5’11" but have long legs so my seat is usually cranked up.
Maybe I just need to work on flexibility and technique though.
