As of today, BLT is closed where it turns into gravel near the whopper entrance.
No idea how far the closure goes, there are several large machines working and it was not safe to pass.

I’d avoid the trail on weekdays. It’s probably different work crews, but the work locations seem a bit random. A section will be closed one day open the next, then closed again a few days later. There are regularly dump trucks and excavators on the trail cutting and grading (not to mention piles of brush) so not possible to get through when a section is closed.
Hopefully they’ll be done soon.

I feel like there is potentially a way “they” could communicate this to the public.
