I am riding Cape Split tomorrow afternoon, weather pending. Currently it is looking great.
I am thinking a mid afternoon start. I am open to actual time. I will update with a time later tonight.
Notes: dress warmly, bug spray

You folks missed a beauty ride. Excellent weather and conditions. Sunny and no bugs. Trails were dry. Thanks for planning it Mike.
Did you ride the new section?
If so, what’s it like? Similar to the old trail?
Yes, I generally ride clockwise. The new trail is imo easier to climb as it has switchbacks. It has some great lookoffs, but be warned as there is a climb to get back to the main trail on all of them.
The terrain is the same for the most part.
