I’ve had a couple of ok finds over the years, and certainly lots of kids bikes I’ve been able to salvage and pass on, but it seems like the north van scene is a bit different.
Anyone have any good finds or particularly cobbled builds?

Very cool.
I worked in a shop that had a few regular dumpster divers. We tossed a frame with a cracked chain stay and seized bottom bracket. A dude brought it in a few weeks later as a full bike, looking for a BB replacement. Not nearly as strange as the 27.5 conversion another dude did, that guy cut the arch out of his suspension fork for tire clearance. We noped out of that repair real quick.
