Interesting article on the BBC about enforcement on e-dirt bikes and scooters being used in an antisocial way. It asks me for a subscription on my mobile but not on my laptop-so I’m attaching the part I found most interesting: the cops having a fleet of sur-Ron and drones partly funded by crime proceeds to chase down peeps, and the use of forensic “smart water” spray to identify people later who make a getaway.
