It’s really nice trail system here with an old school single track feel which they’ve also added some really nice new features to there is not much climbing but some people like it that way. With a sugar loaf nearby it might not be worth the trip on its own but definitely a good stop and stretch the legs kind of destination on the way.

Stopped in Bathurst/Chaleur enroute to Sugarloaf. Haven’t been there since '17, they’ve done some decent maint work on some of the older trails and have built a few new ones. Not hard to find 20k of singletrack. Minimal climbing, not too techy except for a couple of rootier trails. Great family terrain or also good for XC shredding.

Nine mile today with some friends. Thanks to the trail builders doing work on the trail today! On our second trip the tree that was across the trail magically disappeared!
