This was supposed to be the start of a full week of mountain biking, starting with Brookvale in PEI but Plamu got the better of my better half (who feels better but is now in the ER waiting on the verdict of his messed up knee 
).

Beautiful day at Keppoch today. The choppy roots were hard on the ankle so I stuck to the smoother stuff for the rest of the day. Definitely not healed enough for the enduro. Shout out to Alan’s BBQ for the veggie burger!
