Mark the date on your calendar. Here is the official date for the ECMTB year end BBQ party.
Saturday, October 15th
This year we are doing something a little different. We will ride Irishman’s road first in the morning/afternoon and then proceed to my cottage where we will have a BBQ, fireworks, bonfire, music and good times.
This is a pot luck so please bring your favourite dish to share. I will have hot dogs/hamburgers courtesy of ECMTB and myself. BYOB of course.
I am working on a small trail to the side of the road for the party but we’ll see how far along I get.
There will be some spare beds, lots of room for camping so there will be no need to drive home if you don’t want to. Partners/spouses/family and dogs are welcome.
I ask you to email me or respond here online your attendance so that I may have enough meat to cook.
The location and directions will be posted closer to the date.
I’ll be there. I’ll have my kids and girlfriend. But I’m sure they’ll have fun.
I dropped off three pallets so far and will be doing another run out again soon with some more.
I think this is going to be the first time in a long time that I won’t be there. I leave for Germany on the 16th and need my beauty sleep. I might try to at least pop out and say my hellos.
