Location: Shubie Park - Parking lot by Empire Theatres in Dartmouth Crossing

How were conditions at Shubie?
The plowed sections and the dog park sections were pretty good.
There are some single track foot paths that are un-rideable in some places and ok in others as long as you stay on track.
A fat bike helps.
