Eco Endurance Challange is an annual fundraising event organized by Halifax Regional Search & Rescue. New for 2016, they have added a mountain bike category.

This event is extremely well organized and is a ton of fun. The mountain bike category is a 7 hour format. You can race in teams of two or more. I’d put your platform pedals on and wear hiking boots as you’ll be doing some bushwhacking in this event! Don’t need to bushwhack with the bike though.
