They’ve been working in there for a while, they posted a similar kijiji ad last year and a couple times on facebook before that. It’s in the Kidston Lake area of Spryfield. On google maps it looks like a promising spot (i.e exposed areas of granite that could maybe be linked up, similar to Fight trail)
