Selling my 2022 Giant Fathom 29 2 in size small and terracotta colour. Asking $1350.
Bike has a 130 mm air fork, which has handled everything MacRun has thrown at it. Has Deore components on it. It is the 2022 Fathom, so has a 10 speed. That said, it has a 30 tooth chainring in the front, and the 30-46 combo has been able to get up just about every climb I’ve tried. And the ones I didn’t make it up was because I’m old and slightly fat, ie. not the bike’s fault.
It is a size small, but according to Giant this will fit to about 5’9. I’m about 5’8 and found the size great. The reach is 425 and it has a 40mm stem on it.
Bike has only about 10 rides on it. It is still basically brand new.
Reason for selling is that my 50 year old knees wanted a FS, so I have to make some room in the bike shed. Frankly, if space wasn’t an option I’d hold on to this as it is a great hardtail for NS trails and the colour looks awesome.
