For those interested there is a dead raccoon at exit 2a off Lacewood Drive. You will also find random pieces of my bumper, front grill and possibly bits of my radiator. If you do pick up the raccoon, could you get his insurance info for me?

Roadkill Raccoon Recipe:

Ingredients
One dead roadkill raccoon
1/2 C butter
4 cloves of garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Once you spot the raccoon, you need to pull over, grab a biodegradable kitchen bag and go and get it, picking it up by the tail. Try and do this when there are no other cars on the road as it could draw unwanted attention. Then you need to skin and clean the raccoon. I was not able to do this but am lucky enough to work with a butchers daughter who could skin a woolly mammoth. You may need to find someone with the same skills or bring it in to your local butcher.

Once cleaned, place in roasting pan, rub with butter, season with salt and pepper and roast in a 375 oven for 15 - 20 minutes per pound.
Delicious, inexpensive and organic. Tell the kids its turkey… Enjoy.

If I still had the Kia, I could BBQ it on the header. You should put a grill rack on your car. Best thing I ever did.
