Don’t have anything here, but a buddy and I just donated a box of old parts to Bike Again in Halifax, I think there were some old shifters and cable housing. Maybe check with Bike Again?
I have a nearly new 3x Shimano front shifter that I now have no use for. I probably still have the cable and housing with it.
