Sometimes I like to get off the bike and attempt to trail run. I find using my regular hydration pack leads to a lot of annoying sloshing/noise. Thinking about prototyping/3D printing something to slide in the bladder that has multiple open ended channels or a sort of maze shape-essentially transiently trapping the water in multiple potential compartments to minimize the slosh. Has anyone ever done something like this or seen a commercially available one?
Thanks, have seen and tried this trick before. Didn’t find it that helpful. Will try again
There is foam you can buy to put in fuel tanks to reduce sloshing, I would guess some sort of open cell foam that is foodsafe like a cellulose sponge might work?

Ive always found water in the front in flasks like a trail runner hydra pack works best.

Are you removing all the air from your bladder, every last bubble? I find this works for me.
