just replaced my fork uppers, steer tube and crown were loose = CrEaKiNg!!
Fill your frames with expanding insulation foam. This was Cannondales answer to a defect on the Raven, ha ha.

Raven II frames must be reinforced by your retailer using a procedure developed by Cannondale engineers.
Your retailer will inject an adhesive structural foam through an existing drain/vent hole near the bottom
bracket. After 30 minutes the foam will have set and the frame may be moved out of the work stand or taken
home. After 12 hours the frame may be ridden. No disassembly or additional work is required. The adhesive
structural foam bonds the internal surfaces, physically “keys” them, and stiffens the lower portion of the frame.
It didn’t work, the bb shells still fell off the frame (with riders still attached to the pedals ha ha) leaving behind the perfectly shaped insulation foam.
Haha yeah no surprise that didn’t work… unreal.
