It’s tough to hear of anyone perishing participating in our sport, especially anyone so young. It certainly does make us aware that no matter how experienced we are things can happen.
Sad to hear… 
Apparently a heart attack while climbing out on a ride. Pretty surprising because I guess he was pretty fit. Also ironic, considering how high-consequence some of the lines, jumps and tricks he rode. He was an amazing rider, and apparently a great representative for our sport.
Sudden Cardiac Arrest is a surprisingly common cause of death among young athletes. It is often due to a congenital defect.
