I’m heading there on Monday, chicken cougar is the only downhill trail that I have done. Can someone that is familiar with the downhill trails provide some info on which trails are the easiest and which ones are the most fun. Anything I should avoid riding?
Thanks!
Blue DH Trails
Dirt Surfer - flowy, slower speed trail, smaller jibby jumps. A few chutes of moderate grade
Chicken Cougar - Flowy, faster, moderate jumps and berms.
Roller - Tech / flow mix. Some natural rooty sections but also jumps and berms
Black DH Trails
Switchcraft - very fast. fair bit of jumps, some tighter sections to slow you down. big wooden drop bridge (with roll down). Lots of step downs
Money Shot & Old School - tech, rooty, steep, rutted, natural.
Cavalier - A DH trail with a bit more of an Enduro feel. Off camber corners, steep sections, options drop, a few fun stacked berms and a bit of a traverse to pedal on before it merges into the bottom of Money Shot
Ollie bot - flowy jump trail a few optional drops (no roll downs on the drops)
Skyline - also fast, fall line with fun rooty moguls. Exits into an optional DJ line.
Go ride em all! Hard to say what ones are the easiest vrs hardest, it really depends on where your skills are.

Also - heads up I’ll be around Monday doing some work on a new extension to Skyline. I may have to close it for a bit depending on where I start work. But, if I know someone’s looking to ride it I’m sure we can make accommodations to get ya down.
