I am staying in Wolfville and looking for a Friday afternoon ride. I’ve heard a lot about the Bird Sanctuary but know there are a few options available. Anyone want to show me around? Looking to hit the trail between noon and 1pm

Is the Gorge open and rideable for non racers today?
Yes! The course is open to everyone and be sure to check out the new short track section…very nice!

That is where I will be going then 
I forgot my shoes though. I always keep a survival pack in the back of my car with gloves a helmet and shoes for such a thing. Not the best but at least something to clip in with
