These trails are part of the McIntosh Run Trail System, an approved network of singletrack trails for non-motorized recreation on public land between Spryfield and Herring Cove.

MRWA Trails Committee
Saturday November 9th 10:00 - 1:00. We will be installing rock cairn sign posts at several locations on the Attic and Flat Lake Trail. We will meet at the Spar trailhead on Mica Crescent in the Governor’s Brook subdivision in Spryfield (map). We will be carrying materials and collecting lots of rocks for the cairns. Please dress for the weather (cold and windy), wear gloves, and bring water.
