Beware that there is a large grapefruit sized hornets nest on the McIntosh Run bridge by Pizza Corner. It is located under the centre siderail truss at the highpoint of the bridge.
Since it’s very common to stop on the bridge to regroup you will encounter them if you do so.
Next time I’m there solo I’ll knock it off and hammer outta there if it’s still there but ideally someone with a bugsuit could get 'er done.

Lawrence knocked them down the other day but they’re rebuilding.
They’ve been busy, we were just there ystday!

The wasp nest has been removed from the bridge by a pro. It shouldn’t return again, at least not this year.
