Looks like new trail going in at McRun trails?
We’re excited to report that construction of a new trail has started. Kodiak Trail Works is doing the build (it’s looking great!!) supported by small groups of volunteers for clearing and hand finishing. The construction is only possible thanks to the support of Nomad Supply, Patagonia Halifax , Kodiak (who has donated some of the machine time), and everyone’s contributions to MRWA’s singletrack trail project.
The new trail will be about 2km, crosses mixed forest and barrens, and features a very long descent. More details forthcoming later
. The trail lies on Crown land and is part of the 2014/15 trail plan.
It will be magic!
