We used to catch shad in it. My stepdad came up with a sick fly they just loved. BANG! Fish on!
NMR got some gravel this week…LOTS of gravel. Once it’s packed it should be much drier from the section from the first loop all the way to the fun downhill that takes you to the straight stretch by the river…not sure if they put more gravel further in. Still looks like a work in progress as with all the gravel put down it was still really soft in a few spots. I expect conditions will be OK for riding in a couple of weeks once work has progressed.

I’m afraid to ask how much $$ was spent on it. That being said, it will be a sweet trail system once complete. I’ll likely be there weekly now that it should be rideable when there’s not a drought.
Would it be good to ride this week?
CG and I were there on Saturday, and it’s in good shape. There are a few muddy sections, but they’re generally pretty short.
We’ll head there tomorrow evening then for the SW group ride…

Coaster, RH and I were in there on Saturday and the trail beyond the double track that runs along the river back to the lake has not been worked on other than some downed trees that were removed.
