Any Trailforks users here have the full Outside+ membership? It seems like it has potential to provide a way to get content related to biking, climbing, adventure, etc. without needing to be on social media. As someone who already pays for Trailforks it at least seems worth checking out, though they don’t have a way to switch how you’re paying for Trailforks so it would mean paying double for a bit.
Anyone have any experience good or bad to share?
I just checked my Pinkbike account and I have Outside+ apparently. Know idea what it means or what I get with it. I think it just comes with my Trailforks Pro. My Trailforks auto renews every year and I’m pretty sure I signed up for some lengthy deal when they first released it where there was a chance to get a cheap price for many years to users at launch time or something. I forget now. Now that I know I have it I’m going to follow along here to see what others say to see what I am missing out on.
I see if you’re in the USA they will send you print copies of Outside mag which seems like a nice addition. Classic we don’t get that here in Canada.
Their social media headlines are clickbait at this point, so I don’t consider them to be very credible anymore. The last one I just read was “Skiing Isn’t Just a Luxury Experience. It’s a Dangerous Sport.”. There was another one about disc brakes being bad. I didn’t read them as the headlines just seemed whacked.
