These are some BIG pedals with lots of pins. The company claims that using this pedal will increase performance.

Definitely an interesting winter pedal for those that like to swap to flats from clips. I personally run clips year round but also sounds like something I might like if I was trying to get back into flats.
Too wide, high tendency of pedal hit.
About 1.5 inches longer than “traditional” pedals. As noted in the review I did notice more toe/heel strikes when riding fast highly technical terrain than compared to a regular pedal. But less than I had expected.
