Decided it was time to freshen up the old Z1 decals and get something a little more matchy-matchy. Finally took the time to sit down with a heat gun this morning to peel the old decals and clean the fork legs up before applying the new ones
Matched the orange Hope hub and the platinum Sentinel text and I’m pretty pumped how well it turned out.
Couldn’t have done it without my helper, of course.
Looks mint.
New decals are expensive but always fun. I figure I save a lot of money with new decals as it helps satisfy my new bike day urges!
P.S. your helper is the best!
He’s cute but he spent half the time trying to convince me that my lap is the best spot to sit, so keeping dog hairs away from the decals was the biggest hurdle.
I don’t mind the cost so much because I figure it’s more like paying 5 or 6 bucks a year for the next few years.
